Daily Duties at Prouty India Fund Limited:
Review of Indian Stock market in conjunction with Mr. Prouty and make changes as we warrant will improve results for the portfolio. Review incoming reports of companies to ensure they are on target to achieve targeted results. Review of portfolio overall to ensure that investments are in line with what is stated in regulatory reporting. Assists the CEO in writing the quarterly reporting to investors including both quantitative (investment and portfolio return)and qualitative (economic and market overview) reporting. These reports require strong communication and written skills turning technical information into readable cohesive information that explains clearly the achieved results. Ensure that the investment manager is performing investment duties in accordance with previous agreement and that flow of funds (cash flows) internal to the company are properly handled.
