Daily Duties at Capstone Properties:

• Primary interface with OREO Asset Managers, Commercial Property Owners and Portfolio Managers • Determining Marketing Strategies for disposition of commercial properties • Evaluate, write, and otherwise conduct full commercial property appraisals and reviews • Review and write commercial purchase contracts • Performing initial commercial property inspections • Recommending repairs to improve property marketability • Manage and approve expenses for repairs • Select and award contracts for recommended repairs • Monitoring closing performance with mortgage companies, escrow officers and attorneys • Creating, managing and maintaining high performance vendor partnerships with area brokers, agents, appraisers, and property managers • Monitor adherence to local, state and Federal laws • Experienced in the analysis of hazardous waste operations for gas stations and other environmental impacted sites • Experienced in property management for Bank OREO clients • Provide extensive financial analysis for distressed commercial assets • Possess excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in several software programs to include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and many other mapping, financial analysis, presentation and internet related programs • Proficient in several commercial property types to include; multifamily, office, warehouse/industrial, retail, vacant land, and other types of multi and single tenant commercial properties
