Daily Duties at St. Peter's Health Care Partners:

Cover the hospital at night (6:00 PM - 7:00 am) for Cardiology, admit patients, do histories and physicals, develope plans of care, order and intepret diagnostic test such as labs, Electrocardiograms(EKG's), Arterial Blood Gases(ABG's) and Radiographs(X-Rays). Diagnose and/or treat complex, unstable, co morbid, episodic or emergency conditions in collaboration with other healthcare providers. Diagnose and/or treat chronic healthcare problems such as hypertension, diabetes, elevated cholesterol. Collaborate with the patients' Cardiologist, Primary Doctor,and any specialist consulted as needed for continued care. Especially in any emergent situation. Attend and assist all Code Blue and Rapid Response situations.
