Daily Duties at Basin Engine And Pump:
develop and assemble new pumps according to design specifications. R&R old pumps with new and rebuilt units. Tear down and rebuild centrifugal and plunger pumps. I am a pump specialist I build and repair centrifugal pumps and plunger pumps I oversee 2 guys and inspect and make sure the pumps are built properly to company specific tolerances. Each pump assembly prices differ on size of the pump and what materials or fluids and chemicals the pump will be handling. All oilfield companies use these types of pumps to transfer fluids and mud, These types of pumps range from $2,000-$100,000 depending on specifications.
