Support for Vice President of Institutional Advancement; database manager for alumni and development office consisting of over 20,000 records; supervision of department administrative assistant and clerical workstudies; daily entering of incoming donations to college and appropriate thank you letters processed for signature by college president; monthly reporting for college board of directors on fund raising activity; coordinate and organize two annual events for college recognizing donors and older alumni; department office budget creation and management.
