Daily Duties at Weis Supermarket:

Provides Leadership and direction in store operations by articulating the company’s strategic plan, initiates and executes actions to drive and accomplish the strategic plan and delegates responsibilities to implement training methods and merchandising techniques that will achieve all company objectives. Held full P& L responsibility for a 42,000 sq. ft. facility with up to $12 million in annual sales volume, overseeing 100 plus team members and up to $20,500 weekly payroll. Scope of accountability includes training and scheduling employees, purchasing/ displaying/advertising merchandise, managing budgets, shipping and receiving goods, and ensuring safety/security.
