Summary: Lead the report analytics group and created reports and decision-making tools for the Executive Team. • Managed internal staff to meet daily lock desk loan objectives. • Reviewed interest rate hedging position to mitigate interest rate risk. • Built Best Execution risk model that optimized investor pricing for mortgage traders. • Constructed complex daily hedge and lock reports as well as detailed sales performance reports. • Implemented and trained Capital Markets and Lock Desk staff to streamline their daily reporting functions. • Created a CRA screener that screened loan pipeline for high-incentive loans and allowed Capital Markets to segment these loans for premium execution for specific investors. • Performed industry and company comparative analysis and generated monthly and quarterly market analysis.
