Summary: Managed financial forecasting and reporting for Executive Team as well as directed public financing efforts. • Directly managing $34.5 million of Community Facilities District bonds for Bayview Hunters Point Shipward Redevelopment project. • Managed accounting and administrative staff to meet reporting deliverables. • Oversaw project proformas for 27 vertical development blocks, one high-rise building, and three horizontal infrastructure projects, including development of 16,000 homes and over 3 million square feet of commercial space at Candlestick Point, Hunters Point Shipyard and Treasure Island. • Developed integrated financial database solutions for project and financial management for the division. • Worked with City agencies to facilitate public bond and federal grant financing for infrastructure. • Created public financing models for multi-billion dollar land projects. • Handled monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the company's ventures (Statement of CashFlows,Balance Sheet and Income Statement) as well formulated venture level business plan budgets in accordance with GAAP. • Coordinated State and Federal grant application efforts with internal and SFRA staff. • Negotiated and presented bond amendment to San Francisco Board of Supervisors.
