Summary: Managing financial planning, budgeting,analytic modeling for solar financing structures, investor relations, and headed up utility Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) bidding opportunities. • Raised corporate and utility-scale project-specific debt & equity. • Managed corporate and JV project-level budgeting and financial reporting for 46 utility-scale projects. • Handled financial bid modeling for regional utility 20 & 25 year PPAs and won a 34Mwac PPA with SCE. • Optimized financial models to meet tax and sponsor equity investors’ IRR expectations. • Worked with project finance lenders to structure construction and term loans for solar PV projects. • Evaluated project and real estate M&A opportunities in the Southwest US. • Participated in sale negotiations with tax and sponsor equity investors for 84Mwac of contracted projects as well as presented for sale to strategic investors 1300 MWdc portfolio valued at more than $200M. • Oversaw accounting staff and directed technical and development team to optimize solar PV projects. • Attended solar industry specific conferences and networked with industry leaders and funding sources.
