Decision check overdraft pay or no pay. Instituted offsets on an as needed basis. Used the bank’s DDA and loan system to monitor at risk portfolios on an ongoing basis. Devise and implement work-out strategies for $1MM to $35MM C&I and CRE loans. Represented the bank in syndicated workouts (LTV Steel Bankruptcy) with other creditors. Utilized outside legal counsel on an as needed basis. Incentivized and liquidated several borrowers on a cooperative basis. Member of the Credit Committee for both new approvals and criticized and classified loans.
