Daily Duties at Bulova Technologies Group, Inc.:
Financial forecasting for weekly payroll (130 people) and on a quarterly and annual basis. Maintain bank relations and obtain additional bank and alternative lender capital. Handle all incoming investor calls and correspondence. Oversight of all accounting functions. Preparation and submission of SEC reporting documents. Preparation of financials on a division and consolidated basis. Writing and editing of press releases. Developed investment banking relationships in anticipation of part or all of the company. Daily Interface with CEO and Chairman of the company.
