Daily Duties at First City Financial Corporation:
Hired on two separate occasions to inspect and perform due diligence on distressed real estate properties in Western Florida. Performed extensive bank documentation due diligence. Made site visits to approximately eight industrial and multi-family housing facilities. Interviewed on-site management, took extensive photos, and performed online title searches. Ordered comparable broker valuations. Participated in conference calls with management in Texas, and later traveled to Texas to meet with the Waco and Dallas teams.
