Managed a satellite office that included 11 Sales Reps and 1 Sales Assistant, and a Telephone systems Sales Manager. As senior manager in the Denver Tech Center Office, I managed the daily business affairs of our office. Main responsibilities were: hire, fire, motivate, train (sales, technical, procedural), individual performance reviews and management, new customer sales, territory management, customer service, strategic planning, market planning, CRM management, coordinate customer installation with provisioning, manage office logistics, coach telephone systems Sales Manager and other normal responsibilities of a sales manager.
