Due to my award winning performance when Integra Telecom was Eschelon Telecom, during 2001 through 2004, I was re-hired and given the following responsibilities to rebuild a poor performing team of 9 sales professionals: hire, fire, motivate, train (sales, technical, procedural), individual performance reviews and management, new customer sales, territory management, customer service, strategic planning, market planning, CRM management, coordinate customer installation with provisioning, and other normal responsibilities of a sales manager.
