Daily Duties at General Imaging:
•Process vendor payables & reconcile vendor statements •Match cost and quantities against the PO’s per vendor invoice and communicate with factory regarding document discrepancies •Three-way match; Invoice, Purchase Order and Goods Receipt in Great Plains •Enter approximately 200 invoices per month into Great Plains •Review invoices for appropriate documentation •Print and match checks to invoices, obtain signatures for checks •Code invoices to proper G/L accounts
