Daily Duties at Business Consultants:
We looked at protecting the company with employee manuals, and other legal protections. Furthermore, we looked at employee performance and morale. How to increase quality and improve delivery of products or services. Methods to keep inventory low. Development and implementation of financial software enabling the cusotmer to manage profit and loss. How to increase sales, margin, improve the bottom line and net profits using such technolgy such as OEM and SEM solutions. We looked at risk management and where they may be vulnerable. Other duties and corporate responisibilities included managing company finances, business development and marketing.
