Daily Duties at Sentrillion :

Direct and major role in full cycle implementation from idea generation to concept development and execution. Tie together new business concepts and business plans for further development Determine the scope and objectives of the deal, prioritize business proposals against investment criteria, company stragety, funding, and additional resources needed to complete new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal subject matter experts, pricing, operations, and senior management to ensure deal progress and on-time delivery. Established, maintained, leveraged relationships throughout industries to ensure Sentrillion the opportunity to be viewed as industry experts with vendors, consultants, associations, as well as integrators and customers (new/existing). Update customer records in CRM database; schedule events, call backs, meeting, senior management appointments, follow-ups and communications as required. Call on customers to establish long-term/strategic relationships and create new business opportunities. Grow existing customer base by offering value-add projects; retain knowledge of products and services to successfully present by working in a team environment, partnering and strategizing with existing Account Managers. Analyze clients needs and develop strategies tailored to each customer's requirements. Developed customer, competitor and market understanding for assigned market. Conduct primary and secondary research to determine customer needs and generate new business leads by building relationships; identifying, qualifying, bid/no bid decisions for cultivating new business. Develop and implement multi-level and multi-dimensional customer contact plans. Engage directly with customer's (senior officers, executives, program managers, etc.) to understand their business/mission. Work with contracting to ensure appropriate contract vehicles were in place for customers to buy from. Support key marketing activities necessary to support sales growth, (i.e., road shows; conferences, trade shows, internal and external sales webinars and training. Visit account(s) on a regular basis in order to maintain a strategic relationship status; identify necessary account changes and opportunities as quickly as possible. Obtain competitive information during daily contacts and as appropriate so as to develop sales strategies
