Developed quality assurance, planning, and programming actions for the 67th Network Warfare Wing, comprised of 1,538 personnel in three Groups, 34 units, at 25 locations worldwide. Coordinated Wing actions and recommends disposition of program action directives to Air Combat Command, 8 AF, and the Air Force Intelligence Surveillance and Recognizance Agency. Monitors, accomplished, and coordinated actions with Wing staff and subordinate units relating to programming plans from beginning till end of needed requirements. Assists in the development, tracking, and maintenance of 140+ memorandums of agreement and memorandums of understanding. Responded to HHQ doctrine, operations, and requirements tasking. Conducted research on special projects, establishes contacts, and creates staff packages for the Wing Commander and other decisions makers, affecting worldwide Wing organizations.
