Managed personnel reports, decorations and awards, determines manpower, implements weapon system and upgrade training requirements, validated compliance of technical training plans and physical equipment to meet national and Combatant Commands war-fighting objectives and maintains combat mission ready qualification. Also utilized the following functions during on demand mission requirements: Geographic Information Systems, geospatial/geographic data; problem identification and resolution management, organizational representation and briefing presentation.
