Daily Duties at Ally Financial:
Responsible for conducting an in-depth financial analysis of existing and potential warehouse lending clients. Active involvement with the credit approval, review, monitoring/compliance and credit structuring processes, with a concentrated focus on credit quality, risk management and value increasing client consultation. Responsible for improving discounted cash flows from operations through detailed cost accounting and revenue diversification. Prepared spreadsheets, credit analyses, annual reviews, quarterly evaluations, monthly compliance reports and other related documents on existing and prospective GMAC Bank clients. Accountable for build strong working relationships with clients.
