Daily Duties at Acusis:
Developed the accouting department by establishing policies and procedures for daily activities. Managed the daily activities of the accounting department to include: accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable, managing the general ledger and preparing budget to actual variance reports. Also responsible for maintaining fixed asset reporting. Responsible for month end close and preparing the consolidated financial statements with footnote disclosure. Responsbile for preparing multi-state payroll for 200+ employees.
