• Accountable for clearing errors for Traditional Electronic Data, Manufacturing and Healthcare Portal Customers when they occurred on the Covisint Network. • Work with various EDIFACT and ANSI X-12 EDI Transaction sets. • Dispensed guidance to customer base that used various forms of Proprietary Data Formats to transmit data. • Assigned testing assistance to customer base when they need to establish an electronic trade relationship with a new supplier/vendor. • Generated Monthly and Weekly Status reports for Internal and External Customers • Delivered guidance to customer base to develop and streamline their Hierarchal Structure. • Direct training to co-workers and end users on revised process workflow. • Distributed real-time status of advance ship notice to ensure the supply chain was kept aware of the status of shipments from point of origin to the recipient • Confirmed HIPPA Confidentiality for healthcare transactions.
