Responsible for a Dept. of 9 with 5 direct reports. Directed a successful Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental program at all 8 sites including responsibility for Workmen's Comp., the Corporate Health and Wellness program, Product Safety (Toxicology) and Hazard Communications function including Material and product reviews, MSDS preparation, Hazrdous Goods classification, Quality Management function including audits, continuous improvements, quality and safety certifications, regulatory compliance including interfacing and interaction with local, state, federal and global interface, preparation and submission of various documents, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability covering, the environment, employees, the community and the stakeholders. directed Risk management for NA, Administrator for the NA Integrated management System System, prepared and administrated the various Dept budgets totaling $1.2 M, served as the NA Corporate Compliance Officer and served on various industry trade association committees. Served as a member of the NA Regional Leadership Team (Executive Committee)
