Managed the establishment, administration and performance of multi-million dollar sub-contracts supporting U.S. government prime contracts in the defense industry Drafted and analyzed proposals, offers, bids and other solicitation responses and contractual documents Negotiated and administered contracts and contract actions at pre-award and post-award stages, including FFP, CPFF, CPAF and T&M contracts and contract modifications, and contracts for exchange and protection of intellectual property Provided research and advice to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, proposal instructions, corporate policies and applicable federal statutes and regulations relating to government contracts and acquisitions, such as FAR, DFARS and ITAR, including on data rights intellectual property matters Handled high volume of multi-million dollar bid and proposal activity and successfully negotiated large contracts with maximum allowable profit and fee for employer, while exceeding employer expectations across performance areas During law school, served as legal intern, conducting research and drafted memoranda advising senior intellectual property corporate counsel on software licensing agreement under the Maryland UCITA and planning of international transactions
