Daily Duties at American Express Company:
New Hire Coordinator Responsibly provided New Hire orientation advising all policies and procedures, prepared all New Hire packages such as supplies, phone headsets,calulators, pens,pencils,paper,list of all their user id’s and temporary passwords, created phone id’s processed payroll on a weekly basis and making the proper adjustments if necessary,commincated all phone id’s, sent weekly e-mails to our Operation Support area to ensure what tenure representatives needs to be taken out of the lines to assist with our new hires for coaching them to prepare them to be released to the department to start servicing our card members in the live environment, created word documents for the emergency contact for each New hire, recorded all errors for tracking purposes and placing New hire on performance counseling if needed, created weekly reports for attendance for each New Hire class which was five classes a month.conducted daily meeting with all my facilitators for updates on the progress from all the current New Hire class's and provided my facilitators with suggestions on how to better the New hire quality.conducted a weekly calboration on recorded calls for all the New Hires currently in the training environment.Conducted weekly meetings to all my facilitators on the importance of all their paper work and reports being handed in a timely manner.
