Daily Duties at American Express:
Human Resources responsibilities processed all Family Medical Leave and salary continuous claims for our Telephone Service center department which consist of 700 employees provided all Team Leaders training on the family medical leave and salary continuous process, suspended employees id’s while out on leave, worked with an outside vendor to advise them of the employees eligibility checked on employees claim status, while the employee out on leave, processed payroll determining was the first 5 weeks they are eligible for 100% pay and starting the sixth week through week twenty six they are eligible for 70% pay. I also collect the return to work authorities form and provided to their Team Leader and reset all their id’s so they could return to the department to perform their core job.
