Daily Duties at Aiv & Berry Consulting:

• Generated new business through prospecting, lead development, and referrals leads. Developed, produced, and delivered company profile and New Business Development presentation • Identified client needs/ end goals by conducting a thorough CNA with each client to identify defined marketing and sales goals to be achieved through comprehensive strategy and increased positive brand messaging • Effectively prepared and presented marketing proposals and leave-behinds materials detailing the specific strategies designed to meet the overall goals and objectives of the campaign • Developed communication solutions by engaging client in forward-thinking program planning, creative conceptualization, media mix, promotional opportunities, and affiliation with those not-for-profit media outlets which featured the client’s activities, accomplishments, and contributions to the local community, resulting in positive brand imaging for the client while focusing on quality deliverables, timelines and budgets • Developed and executed media plans across all of the following: local and out-of-market broadcast television/cable, radio, outdoor, print & interactive digital and social media • Serve as the primary liaison between clients at all management levels, media reps, vendors including design studios, art/photography boutiques, production, and end-consumer. Where appropriate, acted as a spokesperson on clients’ behalf. • Maintained relevant knowledge on all clients, competition, and media, including media ratings, programming, project opportunities, industry and market conditions, marketplace and technology trends, and how it all relates to delivering a positive brand image to the end-consumer • Researched and understood consumer behavior, motivators, and deterrents, in order to develop effective communication strategies • Conceptualized and communicated, both orally and in writing, comprehensive creative campaigns that support client brand messaging strategy and cohesion across all media • Wrote original, impactful creative for all client advertising and marketing materials, across all media platforms including television, radio, print, outdoor, digital, and social media, as well as other communications vehicles including newsletters, press releases, promotional literature, and client’s staff training materials • Act as a final editor for creative and promotional concept and execution • Ad placement and other activities including the development of monthly, quarterly, annual media plan(s) and availing media, receiving media proposal submissions, reviewing order schedules and confirming contracts, maintaining accurate records of buys, budgets, revisions, credits, analyzing post-buy delivery results • Skillfully negotiated strategic media buys designed to reach goals both TRP and budget/CPP goals within established guidelines. Negotiated lowest AUR for all clients, monitored rates vs media rating to ensure maximum efficiency of buys, and monitoring/ adjusting schedules to ensure that delivery. Resolve billing discrepancies on a timely basis, including those deliveries of make-goods when needed. Negotiated value-added merchandising. • Coordinated and monitored all aspects of daily account activity so that all campaign elements including media placements and production schedules are ready for client approval and timely delivery to media partners • Measured and communicated results of business processes and advised methods for performance improvements throughout all areas of the campaign by maintaining efficient use of time- and resource-management to actively seek out new opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies • Guaranteed that proprietary and other client-sensitive information is handled with utmost confidentiality and assured that client(s) understands Agency procedures and systems. Obtained clear direction and all necessary approvals before taking action. • Responsible for both internal and external communications, written and oral, for all marketing collateral • Managed accounts in a wide array of business categories ( including but not limited to): Attorney/Legal, Automotive Sales/Repair, Beauty/Luxury, Banking/Financial/Tax, Community/Charity/Religious Organizations, Education/Training, Employment/Recruitment, Entertainment, Event Promotion, Health/Medical, Higher, Education/Trade School, Merchandising, Political, Real Estate, Recreation/Sports, Restaurants/QSR, Retail • Managed all administrative duties (ie, bookkeeping, billing, A/P, A/R, collections, etc)
