Daily Duties at Mentoring Of America:

Ongoing training for a team of salesmen consisting of content including sale processes, qualitative sales, consultative sales, psychology of sales etc. Close sales leads for team members and produce revenue volume for company. Track production and dollar per lead statistics for each team member. Create scheduling for each team member. Recruiting, hiring, firing!
