Daily Duties at Ideal Innovations Inc.:
Promoted through Field Service Engineer (FSE) role to train and manage 7 FSEs located throughout Iraq on technical and operational aspects of biometric equipment. Concurrently, served as Project Manager for new biometric security system, ensuring achievement of project milestones, timelines and training of 9 FSEs. Backed up VP/Country Manager as needed on personnel issues, business development and senior briefings. All positions required Top Secret Clearance.
