Daily Duties at Auravision Corporation:
Responsible for the supervision of accountants in the areas of consolidations, inter-company Accounting, account reconciliations, ad hoc reporting, preparation of financial statements, journal entries, and the application of U.S. GAAP to ensure proper recording of financial transactions. Reviewed cash management process and cashflow projection. Attended senior executive meetings and presented financial analysis and recommendations to senior management. Prepared annual budget and analyzed variances as well as initiated corrective actions. Worked with external auditors to prepare tax documents and complete the annual audit.
