•Manage all aspects of operations for nine (9) stores in hair and beauty supply chain. •Hire and fire key employees; Create, organize, and maintain the contents of employee handbooks and job descriptions; Update employee files as needed. •Audit store inventories at random to ensure the accuracy of the store’s records; Review merchandise sales, cleanliness, and operations periodically and implement plans to improve any shortfall as needed. •Audit each store’s sales and ensure the accuracy of its deposits; Check each store’s bank accounts and adjust its funds as needed.
