Daily Duties at Redeemed Day And Evening Academy:
Provide technical support to end users on all software and hardware applications (running on Windows XP and Windows 7) Engaged in the installation / upgrade software, system configuration and repair and replacing of computer and printer hardware Responsible for managing specific software administration, application and implementation Escalate technical issues to more experienced Systems Engineer as needed Perform daily inventory check using appropriate manual and automated transactions
