Daily Duties at Auravision Corporation:
Performed accounting functions which include A/P, A/R, cash, inventory, and General/Ledger. Investigate variances and ensure that transactions are properly classified and accurately entered. Prepared month-end accounting entries and accruals. Reconciled all general ledger accounts to supporting detail on a monthly or quarterly basis and reconciling items cleared on a timely basis. This includes bank reconciliation, capital asset and depreciation worksheet and inventory worksheets. Maintained sufficient documentation for all transactions that are recorded and supported in the general ledger and appropriate subledgers; Prepared account balances, transactions and reconciliations in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Prepared yearly audit schedules required by external auditors.
