Managed 40+ FTE's to include catering associates, trayline associates, nourishment coordinators and four patient services managers. Held weekly meetings with management staff to improve culinary, production, overtime, processes, retail and other aspects of management. Worked with staff on Catering to You patient foodservice delivery system that was a major driver for patient satisfaction in the hospital at University of Virginia.
