Daily Duties at Gulf Civilization :
Directly responsible for the implementation of the US Government off post housing and warehouse management contract. Prepared offer letters, termination letters and orientations. Entered all employee information into SPOT. Creating and implementing policy and procedure, standard operating procedures, invoicing, budget, preventative maintenance program, property control procedures, payroll, quality control plans, purchasing and housing coordination plans. Recruit, select and mentor top candidates for a range of positions. Contract start up, contract close out. Direct communications with US government contracting officers regarding contract performance and corrective action reports. Government contract Proposal Writing and contract negotiation.
