Daily Duties at Csa Ltd :
Oversee Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract execution for military base, including safe and consistent operation of water plant and mobile power generation. Direct 100-member team handling HVAC, carpentry, and electrical, Canvas Repair, generator technicians and heavy equipment operators. Serve as key liaison for contractors, vendors, government officials, DCMA, and auditors; review performance and provide reports on analytical / project data, personnel, training, and tasks. Ensure full compliance with Scope of Work requirements, ISO 9001 standards, safety requirements, and PMCS schedule. Facilitate communication across the hierarchy and convey information regarding project requirements, schedules, and deadlines. Managed billeting for 500+ transient military personnel. Maintain technical documentation, job function documentation, and required forms.
