Daily Duties at Bwi Group :

Assisted with the development and led project facility planning to meet BWI manufacturing requirements. Developed and prepared facility concept requirements, specifications, project schedules, construction and/or renovation cost estimates, project budgets, exercise budget controls and appropriation requests for BWI facility projects. In conjunction with the Purchasing Department, developed vendor list, quotation documents for new construction, building renovation, site surveys, topographic surveys, materials testing and soils engineering, Architectural/Engineering/Design/CAD assistance and Construction Management assistance. Evaluate bids and prepare purchase order requisitions for execution. Facilitate utility supply and reliability assessments and reports for new project sites and areas based on project requirements. Select, evaluate, develop and contract construction companies, engineering firms and construction management firms to support the project work in each area and/or region. Implementation and management of building service and support contracts, HVAC, lighting and utility services maintenance, operation, scheduling, replacement and efficiency.
