Daily Duties at 1 Stop Maintenance:
Ensured that all work order calls of Plumbing, Carpentry, Locksmith, grills and gates and Fire systems were filled within 24 hours, negotiated sub contract agreements with vendors within the United States, set company standards Creating and implementing policy and procedure, standard operating procedures, invoicing for Customer Support Representative’s, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable and Vendor relations. Responsible for Quality Assurance with customer and utilized lean six strategies to respond to customer complaints and concerns. Total revenues for the new account estimated at $4,000,000.00. responsible for budget obtainment and management. Recruit, select, and mentor top candidates for a range of 6 positions, Reporting to CEO, Customer and COO of the company on all aspects of duties via Microsoft Spread sheets, Microsoft Word, Office Trax, Oracle and Quick Books
