Daily Duties at People Soft Inc.:

Developed the end user training guide for commercial and public sector financial software. Communicate with instructors on course development and issues. Support the instructors out in the field training customers by answering questions and forwarding some of those to IT if necessary or applying some of the functions and features that clients would like to see in the future software releases. Create, submit and finalize scope, design and draft of end user training manuals for Education and Government financials as well as commercial financials. Test the software financial releases and work closely with the product development team to track and resolve problems. Assisted with training new members of the team and served as expert for complex accounting and financial issues.
