Wrote courseware for and curriculum for PeopleSoft Public Sector General Ledger, which is used to train external customers who purchase PeopleSoft Public Sector software. Communicate with instructors about class rollout schedule and new software features so that they are prepared; Also communicate with the IT team to work out bugs and features not working properly. Proofing, testing and fielding questions from instructors on new financial software release.Completed in house curriculum developer courses, including technical skills PeopleTools training. Completed two guide revisions and one new financial software release.
