Daily Duties at Clear One Communications:
 Performed in-house telecom compliance testing on all Telco interface products for different countries. Provided hardware & software solutions in case of the products failures during these telecom tests. Provided the comparisons between two different telecom standards like USA/Canada v/s Brazil, Europe v/s Singapore. Prepared in-house compliance test plans and test reports for all products. Installed all new and updated telecom test suites on Genesys PSTN21 test set up and calibrated the test set up successfully. Guided the management with correct evaluation test data to achieve the RAV telecom compliance in Taiwan. Reprogrammed, tested and captured the plots of unwanted digital emissions in the anechoic chamber to determine the emc failure issues/problems with all embedded systems/products.  Provided the right solutions for Telecom, Wireless, Emissions, ESD and immunity problems of different final developed products like RAV, Converge, MAX Wireless, MAXAttach EX/IP, Tabletop Controller, Chat 50, Converge Pro. Warned the management about the possible distance range reduction and the sales because of the lower RF power allowed by the standard for the products like RAV wireless in Taiwan and Korea.  Prepared the product global compliance plan with cost and time factors. Provided different countries’ label requirements and reviewed the product ID & packaging labels for different countries. Reviewed the new projects' design requirements and schematics from the compliance aspects and gave the right solutions to mitigate the compliance problems. Helped the management find & recommend the compliance related test gears like Anechoic chamber instead of Temcell, RF Immunity test equipments , AC Hipot tester, ESD gun, Bench link software to capture EMC plots from the spectrum analyzer, etc.  Tested electronic circuits and firmware/software algorithms to meet specifications and engineering requirements.  Performed complex electronic circuits and firmware/software testing tasks including debugging / fault finding that required detailed knowledge of electronic circuits and firmware/software test processes.  Documented, analyzed, and communicated test results using written test reports, and spreadsheets. Performed root cause analysis of failed equipment.
