Daily Duties at Marshfield Clinic:

Assure staff coverage in all areas, including appointments, nursing and clinical assistants. Manage the provider on call schedules. Handle and resolve patient concerns and complaints. Meet with staff and provider groups on a regular basis to rovide them information, discuss and address concerns, develop departmenal initiatives and monitor their progress. Work with department chair on departmental plans, provider relations and financial performance.
