Daily Duties at Marshfield Clinic:
As Regional Operations Administrator I had overall responsibility for about sixteen centers, departments and prograns in the West Division. I provided leadership and management support to physicians, management and staff. I worked with the Center Chair, Section Chairs, District Medical Director and District Administrator to define and execute strategic initiatives within the division. I worked with physicians and managers to operate care delivery systems to meet clinical, service and financial objectives.
