Provided real time detection and analysis of common machinery problems using vibration monitoring and analysis. Collected data, maintained predictive maintenance database using process of tracking vibration levels on equipment components to determine the condition of the machinery. Recommended what corrective actions should be made in which chronological order dependent on type, criticality, operating and maintenance cost.
