Assigned to Valor Telecommunications and Citizens Communications, supporting development and rollout of Program Management Office (PMO) operations for these telecom companies supporting process development, process management, resource optimization, fleet/facilities, and cross-functional teams, as well as, Y2K initiatives for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Inventory, Finance and Reporting systems. Communicated and managed budgets, delivered monthly status and ad-hoc reports. Delivered and provided risk management and contingency training. Provided team management by outlining goals/schedules, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating employee training/development.
