Supported Alliant Tek Systems (ATK) on it $480M space technology development program. Provided program management guidance in the development of estimates and transfering the data to cost control database for the purpose of developing project baseline. Provided guidance in assigning cost control accounts to the WBS. Assigned Earned Value Technique to cost accounts. Developed the program’s artifacts; i.e, schedule, Cost Account Plans, WADs, WP (Scope document). Provided cost estimates from requirement changes. Responded to DCMA surveillance
