Daily Duties at Goldbelt Raven:
Hired to serve as the overall subject matter expert in Project Management knwoledge areas to the Chemical and Biological Medical Systems (CBMS) on two vaccine development programs, one of $520M value and one for $187M. Perform root cause analysis of the significant cost growth. Validate the contractor's Cost Performance Reposts, and report on compaliance with government EVMS guidelines, acquisitions policies, processes and procedures. Provide guidance on program management risk.
