Provided counsel on legal risks associated with company activity. Member of the management team and monitored business goals with legal risk. Conducted research, review, analysis, and drafted documents, contacts, policies, and procedures. Provided education and training to company employees on issues effecting their daily responsibilities and company clients. Able to manage complex issues with timing constraints. Reviewed and implemented company privacy policies. Assumed project leadership roles. Drafted the employee handbook as well as departmental procedure guides. Managed the account manager department in conjunction with customer service.
