Daily Duties at Arc:
The Directors’ Administrative Assistant to Personnel will provide administrative support primarily to the Directors of the Personnel & Compensation Departments and or the Executive staff. Ability to provide supports to management various departments with all levels of staff, professionals, family members, and other persons in the community Effectively able to articulate in a clear manner, both verbally and in writing Responsibilities include the ability to use good judgment in screening applicants & potential new hires and current employees for available positions Ability to work and organize tasks with minimal supervision and monitor employee records for compliance and confidentiality Complete all required documentation to successfully establish an electronic/hard-copy of employee records and for each new hire, which includes reference verification, record creation, information tracking, clerical duties, provide and review applications, administer pre- employment tests, create new employee packets, new hire offer letters, data entry, filing, managing main company HR / personnel phone , payroll issues, create new hire training packages Assist in processing requests for transfers, promotions, and other internal employee movement. Attend exit interviews and terminations, in conjunction with HR Director.
