Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Corporate / Enterprise officer operating within the Unit Leader role, which provided leadership, guidance, and overall management to 5 Team Managers, including oversight for a 150-person staff within the Case Model Management / Loss Mitigation Modification teams in the Loan Servicing Division. Broad scope of authority including executive guidance. Responsible for day-to-day supervision and coaching of teams. Works closely with Senior Vice Presidents to ensure associate satisfaction, implementation of strategies, and a fluid process flow. Co-managed centralized fulfillment site consisting of 300+ associates and 24 teams of Customer Relations, and Processing.
